  • mascarpone cheese (100g)

  • double cream (20g)

  • joy spread of your choice (80g)

 

Step by step instructions and tips​

  1. Simply whisk together in a bowl until fully integrated

  2. Fill the cream into a piping bag

  3. Cut your croissant lengthwise and pipe in the goodness.

  4. Enjoy!
